All members and key stakeholders of the Shoreham Beach Neighbourhood Forum are invited to join us at our AGM on Wednesday 22 Sep 2021. The long-awaited meeting will take place in the QEII room, Shoreham Centre, Pond Rd and starts at 6pm. Over the coming weeks, we'll be publishing more specific information about how you can get involved in finally completing the Plan.

Obligations:

All members need to understand the following Basic Conditions for a Plan to proceed to referendum:

1. must adhere to the constitution‎
2. must be appropriate having regard to national policy
3. must contribute to the achievement of sustainable development
4. must be in general conformity with the strategic policies in the development plan for the local area
5. special regard to the desirability of preserving or enhancing the character or appearance of any conservation area (applies to orders)
